Disclaimer

Top5Slots.net is an independent information and entertainment website. We publish rankings and explanations of slot machines. We are not a casino, we do not operate or offer any gambling, and you cannot place a bet or deposit money on this site.

The rankings reflect measured public attention, as described on the How We Rank page. They are not a recommendation to play any game and they say nothing about your chances of winning. Slot machines are games of chance. Over time the house has an edge on every slot, and you should expect to lose money when you play.

Game facts such as RTP, volatility and maximum win are taken from game makers and other public sources, or are our own estimates where marked. We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee they are complete, current or error-free. Payback settings vary by casino and jurisdiction. Always check the game's own information screen and the rules of the casino where you play.

This site is intended for adults who are of legal gambling age where they live, which is 21 in most US jurisdictions. Gambling laws differ by state and country. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law where you are. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice.

Videos shown on this site are embedded from YouTube and belong to the creators who published them. We do not host, own or edit them, and we are not affiliated with any channel. If you own a video and do not want it shown here, email us and we will remove it.

All game names, maker names, cruise line names and other trademarks are the property of their owners. They are used here only to identify the games and companies being discussed. Top5Slots.net is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any game maker, casino, cruise line or video platform.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you visit Top5Slots.net and how it is used.

Information you give us

The site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comment system. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use it only to reply.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. These include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. Logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Cookies and advertising

This site shows, or plans to show, display advertising from third-party ad networks, which may include Google. When ads are running:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google in Google Ads Settings. You can opt out of personalized advertising from many other vendors at aboutads.info/choices.

Ad partners may also collect information such as your IP address and device identifiers to measure ads and limit fraud. Their use of that information is covered by their own privacy policies.

When ads are running, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before advertising cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time.

Embedded YouTube videos

Slot thumbnails on this site are video thumbnails loaded from YouTube, which is owned by Google. When a page loads them, YouTube receives your IP address and browser details, as it would for any image request. If you press a thumbnail, the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player, and YouTube may then set cookies and collect data about your viewing under Google's privacy policy.

Analytics

We may use an analytics service to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. Where we do, it is used in aggregate and not to identify you.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email contact@top5slots.net.

Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.

Advertising disclosure

Top5Slots.net is funded by display advertising. Ads are supplied by third-party networks and are labelled. Advertisers do not choose, review or influence our rankings or articles, and an ad appearing on a page is not an endorsement by us.

We do not use affiliate links and we are not paid when you sign up with or play at any casino. If that ever changes, this page will say so clearly and affiliate links will be disclosed where they appear.

Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money or fix a financial problem. If you choose to play:

• Set a budget you can afford to lose before you start, and stop when it is gone.
• Set a time limit as well as a money limit.
• Never chase losses.
• Do not gamble when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is free and confidential. In the United States, call or text the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), available 24 hours a day, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling.
